P family surprise daddy shoot

Love this little family of five. Of course this is a surprise for daddy, so shhhhhhh.  Here is a sneak peak enjoy. 

 Acheiving this shot proved to be challenging. I thought one year olds liked to hold letter D's ? Well, they don't. Right before we were about throw in the towel, little man crawled up on the chair grabbed the letter D and did just what I needed him to do!  Totally on his own, typical.  So I grabbed the cam and started clicking away! Win! I hope daddy loves these D! 

mason 18 months and fathers day

One of my favorite returning clients and friend came to me and asked if I could redo a picture of her husband .  I jumped at the idea and tried to find a spot that matched the background since obviously we couldn't go all the way to Illinois.  I think I matched it pretty good eh?

Mason is such a cutie and always a joy to snap pictures of.
